Service Operations Distribution Specialist

About the role

The Service Operations Distribution Specialist ensures accurate, timely, and secure distribution of payroll materials in a high‑volume environment. This role handles end‑to‑end printing, packaging, and preparation of payroll packages while adhering to quality, timeline, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and prepare payroll packages with all required documents, ensuring accuracy and meeting quality standards.
• Operate mailing systems, printers, sealers, and related equipment to process payroll and client packages on schedule.
• Inspect printed checks, perform quality checks, and coordinate secure pickup or delivery.
• Maintain package logs, confirmations, and checklists for tracking and security.
• Follow security, confidentiality, and audit protocols to protect sensitive information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years experience with cloud‑based printing solutions and administrative procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, time‑management skills, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with cloud‑based printing solutions.
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics vendors such as FedEx and UPS.
