Service Product Manager

About the role

As a Service Product Manager you will own and grow Dustin's Professional Services portfolio, shaping the next generation of infrastructure and service offerings across all international markets. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, sales, delivery and procurement teams to drive revenue, profitability and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Professional Services roadmap, pricing strategy, profitability targets and lifecycle management.
• Identify market opportunities and launch new service offerings, establishing strategic vendor partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery and Process Owners to ensure services are scalable, commercially viable and deliver value to customers.
• Support sales enablement by providing tools, training and insights that help sell the services portfolio.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise the portfolio to meet growth ambitions.

Required profile

• Curious, driven individual with strong commercial insight and service‑development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven ability to translate market and customer needs into profitable service offerings.
