About the role

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to manage and enhance its ServiceNow platform. This role ensures the platform runs smoothly, supporting IRC staff across its operations in Kenya. The IRC works in over 40 countries, helping people affected by conflict and disaster to rebuild their lives, and relies on robust technology solutions to deliver its humanitarian programs.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow instance.
• Document system configurations, processes, and changes.
• Generate reports and perform testing of new features and releases.
• Provide end‑user support and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Assist with ServiceNow enhancements, workflow design, and application development.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
• Support testing of new ServiceNow releases and patches.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with ServiceNow administration.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non‑technical users.
