About the role
The Shop Assistant will support customers in an electronics store, explain product features, process sales and help maintain merchandise displays.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers and explain electronic products.
- Process sales transactions and arrange merchandise.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels.
Required profile
- KCSE certificate or Diploma in Sales/Marketing.
- Sales acumen and willingness to create social media content.
- Mobile phone industry experience is an added advantage.
