Showroom Customer Care Specialist – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a polished Showroom Customer Care Specialist to join our luxury showroom team. You will guide high‑end clients through product selection, provide expert consultations on tiles and bathroom fittings, and ensure a seamless after‑sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome customers and lead them through the selection process.
• Deliver professional consultations on design concepts, materials, craftsmanship and technology benefits.
• Drive sales through compelling model‑room displays and visual merchandising.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships with follow‑ups, service support and after‑sales care.
• Uphold premium brand presentation standards throughout the showroom.
• Collect feedback and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in high‑end retail or real‑estate sales; tile or sanitary‑ware experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Swahili; Arabic or Chinese a plus.
• Elegant, well‑dressed appearance aligned with luxury retail standards.
• Strong sales judgment, closing ability and composure under pressure.
