SIM Card Packaging Officer

About the role

The SIM Card Packaging Officer is the final link in the production chain, ensuring that finished SIM cards and accompanying materials are packaged accurately and securely before they are shipped to telecom clients. Working under the Packaging Supervisor in Nairobi, you will verify orders, maintain inventory records, and uphold strict security and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Package finished SIM cards, leaflets, PIN mailers and activation guides according to customer specification sheets.
• Verify quantities, packaging materials and product labeling against work orders to achieve 100 % accuracy.
• Conduct a final visual inspection of each SIM card batch for defects and correct batch identification.
• Maintain detailed packaging and inventory logs, recording batch numbers, quantities and completion times for traceability.
• Prepare sealed orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and staging for logistics partners.
• Handle all products securely, following information‑security and confidentiality protocols.
• Report any discrepancies, shortages, overages or damaged materials immediately to the supervisor.
