Sales Director – CPaaS

About the role

Enea is seeking a commercially driven Sales Director with deep CPaaS experience to lead regional growth. You will identify high‑value opportunities, build a qualified pipeline, and convert strategic prospects into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Own regional revenue performance, driving pipeline health, deal progression, and target achievement.
• Lead forecasting, budget planning, and performance reporting for senior leadership.
• Identify and prioritize high‑growth opportunities, including new markets, strategic accounts, and partner routes.
• Maintain strong customer experience by supporting onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
• Ensure consistent use of the sales process and CRM discipline for pipeline accuracy.
• Build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships to secure major deals.
• Develop regional sales capability through coaching and hands‑on support.
• Lead by example, fostering a collaborative culture across the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Proven track record in CPaaS or real‑time communications sales.
• Strong ecosystem network and ability to open doors, create urgency, and close deals.
• Hunter mindset with confidence in prospecting senior decision‑makers.
• Excellent market credibility and relationship‑building skills.
