Social Media Agency Operations Specialist

About the role

CloutNest is seeking a full‑time remote Social Media Agency Operations Specialist to coordinate and optimise daily agency workflows. You will translate client strategies into operational plans, ensuring social media content is produced, scheduled and published accurately across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage campaign timelines and track deliverables for multi‑channel social media projects.
• Collaborate with marketing, content and account teams to align operational plans with client objectives.
• Monitor performance metrics, update internal systems and maintain process documentation.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Communicate risks, delays and status updates clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to enhance service quality and client outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong background in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, preferably supporting agency or brand campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating across cross‑functional teams.
• Proven project or operations management experience in a marketing or creative environment.
• Comfortable working with analytics dashboards and social media tools to monitor performance.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Previous experience in a social media or digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
