Social Media Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to produce high‑performing visual content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Reels and Shorts. You will work closely with the marketing team to keep our brand ahead of viral trends and engage our online community.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, script, shoot and edit short‑form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.
• Monitor daily internet trends and pitch timely content ideas.
• Write platform‑specific copy and manage the monthly content calendar.
• Interact with the audience, respond to comments and grow community engagement.
• Track basic analytics and adjust content to improve reach and performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven experience creating native social media content for brands, agencies or a personal channel.
• Strong adaptability, time‑management skills and a collaborative mindset for rapid turnarounds.
• A digital portfolio or links to active social accounts you have managed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile video editing apps such as CapCut and InShot.
• Experience in mobile cinematography – lighting, framing and audio capture using smartphones.
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Pinterest algorithms.
