Social Media & Digital Brand Strategist

About the role

The Social Media & Digital Brand Strategist will lead the development and execution of Brites Management Services' digital brand presence, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business goals. This role focuses on strengthening the company's premium image across key social platforms and driving audience engagement in the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital brand and social‑media strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Monitor digital trends, competitor activity and audience behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and manage an editorial calendar, producing content that supports brand awareness, thought leadership and commercial goals.
• Translate complex investment and market data into engaging articles, videos, infographics and investor explainers.
• Repurpose research and market intelligence into coordinated multi‑platform campaigns.
• Design digital communications for investors, corporates, HNWIs, family offices, diaspora and institutional audiences.
• Collaborate with business‑development teams to generate qualified leads through digital campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing or brand strategy, preferably within real‑estate or investment sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality content for professional and institutional audiences.
