About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Social Media & Digital Marketer to lead our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for daily content publishing, managing paid advertising campaigns, creating compelling visual and written assets, and analysing performance metrics to drive real business growth for our real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and post daily content across all social media platforms.
• Design, launch and optimise paid campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).
• Produce engaging copy, graphics and short‑form video content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor, report and interpret analytics to measure ROI and inform strategy adjustments.
• Collaborate with sales and property teams to translate digital activity into qualified leads.

Required profile

• Mid‑level marketing professional with at least 24 months of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.
• Strong understanding of how digital channels contribute to business growth.
