About the role

BESTMAN, a leading men's casual fashion brand in Kenya, is looking for a Social Media Enthusiast to take its online presence to the next level and drive sales through engaging, viral content. The role is centred on TikTok and Instagram Reels, with the person acting as the face and voice of the brand on camera.

Key responsibilities

• Create viral TikTok videos and Instagram Reels that fit the brand identity
• Host live TikTok shows to engage the audience and promote products
• Speak confidently on camera and represent the brand enthusiastically
• Work with the marketing team on creative campaigns aimed at boosting sales
• Help the sales team with customer inquiries, orders and other office tasks as needed
• Keep up with social media trends and suggest ideas to grow the online presence

Required profile

• Proven ability to create engaging, viral content
• Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking on camera
• Experience hosting live shows or interacting with audiences in real time
• Team player able to collaborate with marketing and sales teams
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service is a plus
• Ability to multitask and help with office chores
• Creative, energetic and self-motivated, with a passion for fashion
