Social Media Manager

About the role

MALIWIN LIMITED is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead its online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our community, and driving brand awareness in the entertainment and events sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand presence on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, WhatsApp, Telegram and other online communities.
• Plan, create, schedule and publish content that boosts followers, engagement and platform registrations.
• Develop creative concepts, scripts and participate in video production, street interviews and livestreams.
• Appear on‑camera for promotional videos, live streams and social campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors and influencers to deliver high‑quality marketing assets.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, video views, conversions) and continuously optimise content.
• Stay updated on local trends, viral topics and audience preferences.
• Conduct competitor research and provide strategic insights.
• Manage online communities, respond to interactions and foster a positive brand environment.
• Support broader marketing campaigns, events and influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and handling livestreams or interviews.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and short‑video creation abilities.
• Basic photography and video shooting knowledge.
• Good aesthetic sense and ability to work with designers and editors.
• Excellent communication, coordination and project management skills.
• Creative, proactive, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines independently.
