Social Media Marketing Intern (Beauty)

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to support the marketing team of a beauty‑focused clinic in Nairobi. You will work closely with senior marketers to create engaging social media content and help promote the clinic’s services across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other social channels.
• Support photo‑ and short‑video shooting, editing and repurposing for marketing use.
• Help plan and maintain social media content calendars.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and direct messages.
• Promote clinic offers, campaigns and new services online.
• Monitor beauty, skincare and social‑media trends.
• Support basic advertising campaigns under supervision.
• Collect and organise visual content from clinic activities and treatments.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Strong interest in beauty, skincare and lifestyle content.
• Good communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Proactive attitude, creativity and ability to work well in a team.

• Mobile editing apps for quick video and photo edits.
