Sports Supervisor

About the role

The Sports Supervisor will oversee daily operations of multiple sports facilities at Limuru Country Club, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for members. This role involves coordinating bookings, supervising staff, and maintaining equipment and facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operations of assigned sports sections such as squash, swimming, cricket, and bowling, ensuring they are clean, orderly, and ready for use.
• Coordinate facility bookings, verify schedules, and manage member access, maintaining accurate records of utilization.
• Allocate duties to Section Attendants, monitor attendance, productivity, and conduct, and report performance issues to the Assistant Manager.
• Respond to member requests and feedback, resolve routine service issues, and promote courteous service.
• Conduct regular safety checks, address hazards, report incidents, and ensure first‑aid provisions are available.
• Monitor equipment condition, safeguard assets, report maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs with relevant departments.
• Support preparation and delivery of sports events, set up facilities and equipment, and restore them after use.
• Maintain accurate records of facility usage, incidents, equipment condition, and prepare operational reports for the Assistant Manager.
