About the role
The company is seeking a Stores Supervisor to manage daily store operations at its Kilimani location in Nairobi. The role focuses on inventory control, accurate record‑keeping, and timely reporting to support the supply chain function.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and inventory control.
- Ensure accurate stock records and timely reporting.
- Manage goods receiving, storage, and dispatch.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with procedures.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar role (3–5 years).
- Diploma in Stores Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
