Strategic Project Manager – Remote (Medical Technology)

About the role

This remote position leads strategic projects at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate clinical requirements into actionable project plans for innovative medical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic project plans for medical technology initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams that include product, engineering, and clinical experts.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with medical teams to ensure solutions meet clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor progress using data‑driven metrics and adjust strategies to stay on target.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent medical degree with at least 5 years of clinical or medical‑technology experience.
• Proven track record of leading strategic projects in healthcare, biotech, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of medical regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations.
• Ability to translate complex medical concepts into business requirements for technical teams.
