Strategic Workforce Transformation Consultant (5‑month contract)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking an International Consultant to support the Regional Office People & Culture team in developing and implementing a strategic workforce transformation and organisational change roadmap for the ESARO region.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic recommendations into practical actions and implementation tools.
• Conduct workforce capability and skills gap analysis, including skills mapping and gap identification.
• Strengthen workforce planning, talent initiatives and organisational design.
• Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement across the region.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in HR, organisational development, change management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in organisational transformation, strategic workforce planning, talent management or similar.
• Proven ability to integrate workforce skills, structure, culture and talent considerations into actionable frameworks.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
