Student Advisor – Admissions Tutor (Remote)

About the role

Join the global Admissions team of Atlantic International University to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. This remote position focuses on building relationships, understanding student goals, and recommending suitable academic paths.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage prospective students who have expressed interest via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand each student’s objectives and recommend the appropriate academic program.
• Guide students through the admissions and enrollment steps, maintaining accurate records in the Prospect Management System.
• Achieve weekly activity and enrollment targets, handling at least 25 conversations per day.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, admissions, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confidence making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
