Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise our end‑to‑end supply chain operations. The role will drive logistics, demand planning, procurement oversight and inventory management to maximise efficiency and minimise costs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and continuously improve supply chain strategies that reduce lead times while maintaining service levels.
• Manage domestic and international freight, warehousing and distribution to ensure timely deliveries.
• Partner with sales and operations to forecast demand, balance stock levels and avoid excess or obsolete inventory.
• Monitor performance of 3PL partners, suppliers and distributors, ensuring contract compliance and quality.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement lean or digital automation solutions to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs, safety and sustainability standards.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of progressive supply chain, logistics or operations experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• APICS (CSCP, CPIM) or Six Sigma certification is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong data analytics tools proficiency.
