System Administrator – CCaaS Platform Owner

About the role

We are seeking a highly autonomous System Administrator to own and optimize our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) infrastructure. This strategic, backend‑focused position works directly with executive leadership to ensure our technology stack drives maximum ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, optimize, and maintain the CCaaS environment, integrating QA, reporting/analytics, SSO, and security modules.
• Continuously audit the existing technology stack to maximize utilization and eliminate waste.
• Build a comprehensive framework for enterprise tools to ensure optimal deployment and functionality.
• Develop use‑case plans for new tools and present them to the executive team for rapid approval.
• Coordinate software vendor contract reviews and prepare documentation for final execution.
• Design onboarding processes for employee tools and train support and operations teams.
• Create and review regular audit reports on software usage and license allocation.
• Operate with total autonomy, managing project lifecycles with minimal non‑leadership interaction.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT auditing, or software stack management.
• Deep expertise in configuring and optimizing enterprise CCaaS platforms and their supporting ecosystems.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise software lifecycles from ROI analysis to deployment.
• Highly autonomous executor who thrives without micromanagement.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong professionalism and reliability.
• Ability to analyze tool utilization data, manage licenses, and handle confidential information with integrity.
