T24 Analyst, Application Support

About the role

The T24 Analyst, Application Support provides specialized technical support for the T24 core banking system. You will troubleshoot incidents, perform system upgrades, and ensure the platform runs smoothly for banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve T24 incidents, including balance mismatches and posting anomalies.
• Maintain and configure Arrangement Architecture (AA) lifecycle, product settings, and processing rules.
• Support high‑volume transaction processing, Funds Transfer (FT) accounting flows, and settlement processing.
• Manage system integrations and interface impacts on reporting and financial reconciliations.
• Perform root‑cause analysis across AA structures, GL flows, and related banking modules.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and end‑user teams to address production and reconciliation issues.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years hands‑on experience with T24 core banking.
• Deep functional knowledge of Arrangement Architecture, Accounts & Deposits, General Ledger, and Funds Transfer modules.
• Experience in multi‑currency and multi‑entity accounting environments.
• Proven ability to analyse end‑to‑end transaction‑to‑GL flows and ensure accounting integrity.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and experience with business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
