Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

You will join a smart, collaborative and passionate team of recruiters, owning the end‑to‑end recruitment process and partnering directly with hiring managers across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to onboarding.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build pipelines for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers at all levels to identify staffing requirements.
• Assist in HR initiatives, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Facilitate employee relations, including complaint resolution.
• Coordinate performance and talent management activities.
• Support execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs.

Required profile

• Educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience, both agency and in‑house.
• Proven ability to recruit for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Highly self‑motivated and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Business acumen to align recruitment projects with key objectives.

Required skills

• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
