Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

A full-time Talent Sourcing Specialist is urgently needed in Nairobi, Kenya, working on-site Monday to Friday on an overnight shift. The role suits a sourcing expert with a strong commercial mindset who builds strong candidate pipelines and delivers results in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean Search and other sourcing platforms.
• Identify and engage passive candidates.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research.
• Partner with recruiters to support high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and candidate tracking.
• Meet sourcing targets and contribute to recruitment goals.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition.
• Proven experience building candidate pipelines independently.
• Experience sourcing for high-volume recruitment environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong commercial mindset, results-driven, highly proactive and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and ATS systems.
• Advanced Boolean Search and sourcing methodology.
