Tax & Finance Associate

About the role

The Tax & Finance Associate will provide expert client support and software training for PG Calc’s planned giving solutions. You will act as a liaison between clients, development, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client support calls (≈80%) for PGM Anywhere, GiftWrap, Bequest Manager and GiftCalcs, addressing inquiries, licensing, provisioning and CRM documentation.
• Develop deep product knowledge and expertise in gift planning, compliance and administration.
• Deliver online software training sessions, create training materials and conduct group or custom classes (≈10%).
• Participate in software testing, release coordination and act as product representative for one software line (≈10%).
• Collaborate with development on product design, serve on cross‑departmental committees and handle special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in the Planned Giving field.
• Hands‑on experience with PGM Anywhere or GiftWrap.
• Strong understanding of planned gift fundamentals.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to deliver engaging online software demonstrations.
• Dedicated home workspace and reliable high‑speed internet connection.
