Team Leader II – Family Preservation (Full-time)

About the role

Catholic Social Services is seeking a full‑time Team Leader II to oversee its Family Preservation program across central Saskatchewan. The role involves supervising Family Enrichment Workers who deliver 24/7 in‑home crisis intervention to keep families together.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to a team of Family Enrichment Workers covering multiple communities.
• Deliver direct family support, including crisis intervention, addiction and mental health assistance, parenting and life‑skills coaching.
• Coordinate recruitment, training, and ongoing development of staff.
• Manage on‑call rotations and respond to urgent client needs as required.
• Facilitate referrals, advocacy, and community resource connections for families.
• Travel to service areas such as Lloydminster, North Battleford, Humboldt, Kindersley, and Rosetown.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Services or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience working with individuals with emotional or behavioral challenges.
• Experience in crisis intervention; supervisory experience is an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification, Vulnerable Sector Check, and a clear driver’s abstract.
• Own vehicle with class 5 licence, insurance ($2 M liability) and registration.
