About the role

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who will act as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers of a global network security platform. The TAM will guide customers through onboarding, deployment and adoption of the solution, ensuring they achieve measurable value and compliance across hybrid cloud and on‑premise environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive product adoption and usage best practices, collaborating with sales on retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead customers through onboarding and technical deployment, configuring solutions for optimal performance and tracking adoption metrics.
  • Resolve early technical issues, proactively mitigate usage risks, and monitor customer satisfaction through structured metrics.
  • Partner with R&D and product teams to convey customer feedback, share best practices and influence product improvements.

Required profile

  • Relevant degree (Computer Science, Information Security, Business) or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • 3+ years of full‑time experience in a customer‑facing pre‑sales, customer success or account management role, preferably in cybersecurity or network security.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, highly technical, client‑facing environments.

Required skills

  • Network security concepts and security policy management.
  • Firewall management and hands‑on configuration of Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Juniper or Fortinet devices.
  • Cloud security fundamentals for hybrid infrastructures.
