Technical Enablement & Demo Engineer – Enterprise SaaS

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Enablement & Demo Engineer to design and deliver AI‑driven onboarding, documentation and product demos for enterprise SaaS customers. You will act as both the behind‑the‑scenes architect of AI agents and the trusted face presenting solutions to Fortune‑100 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain AI‑agent pipelines, including prompts, context layers, verification loops and knowledge bases that generate onboarding and documentation content.
• Lead enterprise onboarding programs, guiding admins, moderators and business users through structured adoption sessions.
• Own end‑to‑end product demos, building demo environments, crafting narratives and delivering live presentations for prospects, QBRs and executive showcases.
• Ensure documentation and training materials are updated within days of each product release, reviewing AI‑generated drafts for accuracy.
• Translate recurring customer questions into self‑serve resources and feed onboarding friction back into product feedback loops.
• Maintain an asynchronous operating rhythm with daily stand‑ups, work‑log updates and weekly goal reviews.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise community engagement or social‑media management platforms.
• Proven ability to deliver live demos, trainings or workshops to enterprise audiences, including C‑level stakeholders.
• Strong spoken English and a calm, authoritative presence in customer‑facing situations.
• System‑thinking mindset focused on building autonomous AI‑driven workflows.

Required skills

• Experience configuring and scaling AI agents or similar automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, knowledge‑base construction and verification pipelines.
