Technical Presales Executive – Security & ICT Solutions

About the role

The Technical Presales Executive will act as the bridge between client requirements and deliverable security and ICT solutions. Working closely with account managers, you will translate complex needs into practical, sellable system designs that help the company win corporate, commercial and public‑sector tenders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site surveys of client premises to assess layouts, cabling pathways and infrastructure constraints.
• Interpret client requirement documents and convert functional needs into hardware selections, software configurations and integrated system architectures.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities, cost breakdowns and pricing matrices for competitive bids.
• Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop technical documentation that supports proposal submissions.
• Support account managers throughout the sales cycle, from initial client conversation to final proposal delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical presales, security or ICT solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess physical and technical constraints on client sites.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
