Technical Project Manager – Smart Hardware Product

About the role

As a Technical Project Manager you will organize and drive the delivery of a smart productivity hardware product. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to turn ideas, requirements, and decisions into clear plans and actionable tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Organise sprint work, including planning, task breakdown, prioritisation and progress tracking.
• Translate product requirements and decisions into clear, actionable tasks for engineering and design.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, risks and agreements across project participants.
• Maintain accurate backlogs, roadmaps, documentation and task statuses.
• Coordinate delivery across product, engineering, design and operations, running regular team syncs.
• Support requirement changes by assessing impact on scope, timelines and delivery.
• Manage operational matters with vendors, contractors, legal, finance and other external stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks early and escalate issues that could affect timelines, quality or outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager or Product Operations Manager in a technology product company.
• Hands‑on experience running Agile/Scrum processes and managing sprint execution.
• Proven ability to own projects from initial scoping through release.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident in running meetings and driving decisions.
• Self‑driven, proactive and able to resolve organisational and delivery challenges.
• Upper‑Intermediate English or higher, with experience collaborating with international teams.
