About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑driven recruitment platform that automates candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. This fully remote, full‑time position blends deep machine‑learning expertise with talent‑acquisition strategy to deliver scalable hiring solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models that boost Zara’s candidate matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and external job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Python development and machine‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven background in natural‑language processing using libraries like spaCy or Hugging Face.
• Hands‑on experience deploying scalable AI systems in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and micro‑services architecture.
