About the role

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead the development of Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. This fully remote, full‑time position blends deep machine‑learning expertise with talent‑acquisition strategy to deliver scalable hiring solutions for global organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models that boost Zara’s candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Build and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with applicant‑tracking systems, HR databases, and external job platforms via robust APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to curate training datasets and evaluate model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy laws and ethical AI standards throughout recruitment workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building and deploying production‑grade AI systems.
• Strong background in natural‑language processing and bias mitigation.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross‑functional setting.
