About the role
The Technical Services Manager provides technical expertise and production consultancy, supporting the commercialization of ingredients and successful product launches for key customers in Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Support commercial expansion strategy across Africa.
- Advise customers on application and production technology.
- Provide on‑site support during trials and first production runs.
- Consult customers and sales team on technical questions.
- Develop long‑term customer relationships and handle complaints and challenges.
Required profile
- Degree in beverage/food technology.
- Professional experience as a technical expert or production consultant in the food and beverage industry.
- Deep technical understanding with basic business administration knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ownership, enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure and travel regularly within Africa.
