Technical Support Officer

About the role

Infoney Solutions Limited is looking for a Technical Support Officer to join its Nairobi office. You will provide first‑line assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user tickets via phone, email, or chat and resolve technical problems promptly.
• Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and system configurations.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Support the EdTech platforms used by the company and its partners.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support, ICT support, or systems administration.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and clear communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with solid technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
