Technology Consulting Associate – Digital Transformation

About the role

The Technology Consulting Associate will support the design and delivery of technology projects, helping clients unlock value from their IT investments. Working within a high‑performing team, you will advise on how technology enablement, digital transformation and enterprise intelligence drive performance improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to IT transformation projects, including system implementations, change management, process design, test management, data migration and training.
• Gather requirements and draft technical specifications.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and keep stakeholders informed.
• Interact with clients to shape transformation journeys and define project requirements.
• Assist in preparing client proposals following predefined standards.
• Establish or support client controls, recommend best practices and obtain client acceptance.
• Assess and report project risks, develop mitigation plans.
• Record time spent on project activities and follow established procedures and quality standards.
• Support data analysis activities such as profiling, quality assessment, trend analysis and insight preparation.
• Participate in data migration design, mapping, transformation rules, script development and testing.

Required profile

• Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑performing team.
• Strong communication skills to keep stakeholders updated on scope, status and risks.
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation and time‑keeping.
