Technology Performance Manager

About the role

The Technology Performance Manager will support KCB Group’s technology strategy by coordinating planning processes, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment across units and subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Group Technology Strategic Planning and Consolidation processes, including template dissemination and engagement meetings.
• Cascade approved technology plans and conduct monthly reviews against targets.
• Assist in preparing performance and strategy papers for governance bodies.
• Manage execution of the overall technology strategy in partnership with unit leaders and subsidiaries.
• Support goal setting, revisions, and tracking of strategic initiatives at unit and subsidiary levels.
• Provide ongoing performance management support to work‑stream sponsors, leads and initiative owners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related business field (required).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3 years in financial analysis and performance management.
• 3 years of experience with data‑analytics tools.
• 2 years of stakeholder‑management experience.
