About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Service Manager and Team Lead for our cloud services portfolio. You will act as the technical point of contact for a set of key accounts, drive project deliveries and coach a small team of technical experts.

Key responsibilities

• Own service management for approximately 20 customer accounts, ensuring smooth operation and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Lead project implementations and new cloud service roll‑outs for assigned customers.
• Manage and mentor a self‑directed team of three technical specialists, coordinating daily stand‑ups, task distribution and priority setting.
• Develop and improve team processes and cloud service offerings in collaboration with other units.
• Conduct client meetings, respond to internal and external information requests, coordinate incident resolution, and produce monthly reports.
• Handle invoicing and routine Excel‑based reporting tasks.

Required profile

• Broad interest and understanding of data‑center services, Microsoft Azure, server virtualization, databases, networking, DevOps practices and security.
• Proven experience in service management or leading technical teams.
• Comfort with ambiguous situations and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
