About the role

CBX Solutions is seeking a Business Development Specialist to identify and qualify new business opportunities. You will engage prospective end‑users through outbound calls, build relationships, and generate high‑quality leads for our sales teams across multiple product lines.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to targeted prospects using provided scripts.
  • Assess client needs, budget, and timeline to qualify leads.
  • Document contact details, decision‑makers, and business requirements in the CRM.
  • Maintain and cleanse the lead database to ensure data integrity.
  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team and provide detailed prospect insights.
  • Collaborate with sales on strategies to improve lead conversion rates.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to understand and articulate product value propositions.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent record‑keeping habits.
