About the role
We are looking for a Tour Leader (Chief Experience Officer) to guide groups across Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda, creating unforgettable experiences while supporting community partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage group dynamics and ensure traveler safety and inclusion.
- Coordinate transport, suppliers, and day‑to‑day logistics.
- Share cultural, historical, and environmental insights of each destination.
- Support community partners and promote G for Good initiatives.
- Handle incidents, maintain budgets, receipts and provide post‑trip reports.
Required profile
- Passion for community tourism and responsible travel.
- Clear communication with travelers, suppliers and offices.
- Calm, positive energy during long, unpredictable days.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and curiosity about destinations.
- Willingness to undergo a background check if required.
Required skills
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Basic budgeting and accounting comfort.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and mobile apps.
