Tours Consultant

About the role

The Tours Consultant will design and deliver high‑quality itineraries for corporate, leisure, MICE and specialty groups. You will ensure every travel plan aligns with client objectives, budgets and service standards while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customized itineraries for diverse client segments, ensuring 100% alignment with objectives and budgets.
• Manage end‑to‑end tour operations, including flights, hotels, transfers, excursions and supplier coordination, targeting a 98%+ service delivery accuracy.
• Negotiate competitive rates with local and international suppliers to optimise margins and reduce costs.
• Provide proactive communication, rapid issue resolution and after‑travel support to boost client retention.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Travel & Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in tour operations or travel consultancy within a reputable agency or tour company.
• Hands‑on experience managing group travel, corporate travel and specialised itineraries such as educational, business and MICE trips.
