About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Trainer in Construction Management to join Kenya College of Interior Design. The role involves delivering high‑quality instruction to students pursuing careers in construction, architecture and interior design, helping them develop practical skills and industry knowledge.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design and continuously improve training programmes for construction management.
- Deliver lectures, workshops and hands‑on sessions to undergraduate and diploma students.
- Develop curriculum, teaching guidelines and assessment materials aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct training needs analysis and adapt content to meet student and market requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Teaching qualification preferred (DTTE/PGDE).
- At least 2 years of teaching experience or 3 years of relevant industry experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Archicad.
- Proficiency with SketchUp.
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
