About the role
The Kenya College of Interior Design (KENCID) is seeking a passionate Trainer to deliver fashion design education to aspiring designers. This full‑time position involves preparing students for careers in fashion, interior, and related creative fields.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and develop training programs and curricula for fashion design courses.
- Deliver engaging classroom instruction and practical workshops.
- Create teaching guidelines and assessment tools.
- Conduct training needs analysis to align courses with industry standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Teaching qualification preferred (DTTE/PGDE).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or 3 years of industry experience.
- Proficiency with design and multimedia tools such as Archicad, SketchUp, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
