Trainer – Leading with Balance & Cross-Cultural Working

About the role

The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) seeks an experienced trainer to design and deliver a virtual learning programme on leading with balance, work‑life integration and cross‑cultural collaboration. The assignment is home‑based with virtual delivery to UNEP staff worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct a pre‑learning needs assessment and produce an analytical report.
• Design and develop learning resources (presentations, guides, case studies, practical exercises) aligned with identified needs.
• Facilitate two cohorts of virtual sessions covering work‑life balance, cultural intelligence and inclusive teamwork.
• Administer post‑learning assessments and compile a comprehensive report on outcomes and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Learning & Development, HR Management, Organizational Development or related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in designing and delivering virtual training programmes.
• Experience working in an international or UN‑type environment is an asset.
