Training Data Contributor

About the role

Tech Pipeline is looking for a part‑time, fully remote Training Data Contributor. You will help build the foundation for our automated systems by labeling and categorising real‑world business process data so that our models can handle complex workflows accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Review transaction logs to spot process failures and label relevant data points.
• Categorise common errors in finance and operations workflows.
• Write concise factual descriptions for atypical data entries.
• Validate automated system outputs against source documents and flag drifts.
• Identify inconsistencies in large spreadsheets or databases.
• Confirm routing rules are applied correctly in test scenarios.
• Report patterns of data corruption or missing information.
• Update internal documentation with new edge cases.

Required profile

• Clear, direct written communication in English.
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive, high‑detail tasks.
• Logical problem‑solving approach and comfort following complex decision trees.
• Self‑discipline to manage a part‑time remote schedule.
• Skeptical attitude toward data – always verify the source of truth.
• Basic understanding of business documents such as invoices or support tickets.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
