Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to design and customise tour packages that match client preferences, budgets and seasonal trends. You will deliver engaging guided tours and ensure smooth travel arrangements for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and customise tour packages based on client needs and travel seasons.
• Conduct guided tours, sharing historical, cultural and geographical insights.
• Manage inquiries, bookings and coordinate itineraries to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, transport providers and local attractions.
• Enforce safety protocols and assist travellers with any issues or emergencies.
• Stay updated on tourism trends, new destinations and regulatory changes.
• Maintain records of tour activities, customer feedback and operational expenses.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 24 months) in tourism, travel or hospitality.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle emergencies.
• Excellent communication skills and knowledge of local and international destinations.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000.
