Treasury Accounting Associate

About the role
We're looking for a Treasury Accounting Associate to support payroll operations, bank transactions, fraud reviews, and cash reporting. If you're analytical, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we'd love to hear from you! The role is based on‑site in Kenya, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key responsibilities
- Review ACH payments and checks for fraud prevention
- Support payroll inquiries and payment‑related requests
- Manage payroll cards and return reports
- Prepare cash and liquidity reports
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely payments
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ months of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Email
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively
