Tuktuk Sales Representative – Taita Taveta

About the role

The Tuktuk Sales Representative will promote and sell TukTuk vehicles in the Taita Taveta region. You will generate leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets while representing Treasure Communications Limited.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Generate leads through referrals, field visits, networking, digital platforms and other channels.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable TukTuk options.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, roadshows and promotions.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout and after the sales process.

Required profile

• Education background in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven, confident, energetic and self‑motivated.
• A valid driving/riding licence is an added advantage.
