UAT Coordinator – Core Banking (T24/Temenos)

About the role

The UAT Coordinator will lead User Acceptance Testing for core banking implementations or upgrades using T24/Temenos. You will ensure that business users validate system functionality against real banking scenarios and regulatory requirements before go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the UAT strategy, execution timelines and test data.
• Coordinate UAT activities across business units and ensure environment availability.
• Translate business requirements into detailed UAT scenarios.
• Facilitate UAT sessions, track execution progress and produce status reports.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including triage and resolution.
• Validate regulatory scenarios and obtain business sign‑off.
• Support training and change‑management initiatives related to UAT.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience coordinating UAT in banking projects.
• Hands‑on experience with T24/Temenos core banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and testing processes.
