Urgent Debt Collector – Full Time

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Debt Collector to recover outstanding payments while maintaining professional relationships with clients. The role is based in Kisaju and offers a full‑time, on‑site position with a competitive monthly salary.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on overdue accounts and issue payment reminders.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment disputes.
• Maintain accurate collection records and prepare regular reports.
• Issue demand notices and escalate unresolved accounts as needed.
• Consistently achieve monthly collection targets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Credit Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection, credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with high integrity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kisaju.

What we offer

• Monthly salary between KES 30,000 and KES 45,000 (gross).
