Virtual Assistant - Travel Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Travel Concierge to deliver seamless, high‑quality travel experiences for our clients. Working remotely, you will use AI‑powered tools and direct messaging to research, recommend, and book hotels, restaurants, and attractions, ensuring every journey feels personal and effortless.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with travelers via WhatsApp, understand preferences, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Respond to inquiries within 10‑20 minutes during your shift, maintaining a warm and professional tone.
• Research and verify hotels, restaurants, attractions, and logistics using AI tools and reliable online sources.
• Coordinate bookings for accommodations, car rentals, and travel itineraries across multiple platforms.
• Write and curate destination guides and collaborate with marketing on social content.
• Handle last‑minute changes, flight delays, or cancellations with calm, clear communication.

• Empathetic and client‑obsessed, treating every traveler like a VIP.
• Detail‑oriented and reliable, catching errors before they become issues.
• Excellent written English with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
